A best in class retail field program that connects adidas with it’s most important consumers and gatekeepers, from the bottom-up. Against the backdrop of am ever-changing retail landscape, adidas field team members are the change agents in store and around their community.

The roots of the brand are found in the individual creators.

To reach consumers on their turf, we built a program that inspires key communities to live the three stripe life. adidas agents are personable, in-the-know influencers who are local experts where sport meets fashion. Archrival recruits, hires, trains and manages a field team of over a hundred of amazing creators who live and breathe the brand. They tell the story in the playgrounds we need to win — most importantly — at retail.

At retailers like Footlocker and DSG, agents bring the brand to life: 

  • educate store associates on new product tech 
  • hype store events 
  • curate amazing VM environments 
  • create relevant local content 
  • manage micro-influencer networks and 
  • coordinate community brand events

They are the keepers of the brand, holding a pulse on the local trends and consumer feedback which affect future product design and marketing.
